This unique and completely secluded place is ideal for those who love the solitude and want to enjoy privacy and unspoilt nature. With the next road over 27km away, Tagish Wilderness Lodge is only accessible by boat or floatplane in summer and by dogsled or skiplane in winter - here is where you get the true wilderness feeling!
Despite the remoteness of the Lodge, you enjoy an unexptected comfort in our Main Lodge and Cabins!
Our Main Lodge houses the dining and living room with books, videos/DVDs, wireless internet and lots of fascinating stories.
For your wilderness comfort, the main lodge houses a bathroom with hot/cold showers and washing facilities as well as a wood heated sauna and a spacious whirlpool/hot tub, making your wilderness vacation a well deserved treat.
In the sunny midsommer evening, the sunny terrasse, our driftwood lounge or the cozy living room are the place to unwind and feel the pulse of nature.

Herbs from the boreal forest, veggies from the garden and crunchy homemade bread right out of the oven...
Our complimented international cooking completes your unique wilderness experience.
All meals are included in our rates and served around a large dining table. Also included is an afternoon tea & coffee after your excursion.
In summer, a luxury shore lunch is part of your excursion and in winter time, a hot & hearty trapper picnic (our home made chilli is legendary!) around a campfire keeps you going all day.
